Room Rentals (Parties and Events)
Rates and Fees (eff. 1.1.2024) (SVMD utility account must be current to reserve the room)
Residential & Non-Business Use: $150.00 per event (4 hours), plus $35.00/hour for each hour over 4 hours.
No Holiday Reservations

Gazebos
No charge for residents. No reservations required. First come first served.
Resident Damage Deposit
No deposit required for Residents that receive a Utility Bill in their name, any and all damage and/or cleaning will be billed on Utility Bill.
Residents that do not receive a Utility Bill in their name (e.g. condo residents) will need to pay a $500 security deposit.
