Landscape & Turf Maintenance, Snow Removal

Keesen Landscape Management, Inc. has been contracted by the Districts and is responsible for Turf Maintenance, Shrub and Groundcover Bed Maintenance, and Snow Removal.

 The District has adopted a Tree Replacement Program that budgets District funds annually to replace dead or dying trees to improve the common areas.  The District does not replace trees in the open space with natural vegetation.
